You are 32 miles from the west entrance. Depending on traffic can be 45 mins-1 hour. Go early to avoid traffic.

Alpine Market is only 4 miles away but is limited. Safeway and Super one are about a 15 min drive.

Yes there is space to moor you boat.

Yes we include 4 and also 2 kayaks and 1 canoe.

In spring and early summer the temps are between 58-67 degrees. Late June -August between 68-74 degrees September- 65-70 degrees

Whitefish marine is the best option if your looking for more then a one day rental. They allow you to keep the boat tied up to the dock. The lodge at Whitefish also rents but does not allow for over night rentals

Yes! Lion Mountain trail, Whitefish Trail and Swift Creek are good for all skill levels

Yes- we are surrounded by forest, so you may see deer and Occasionally bears(mostly in the fall). Please store food securely and make sure the trash can is locked.

It is recommended. The road is maintained by Flathead county, but sometimes the plow trucks don't get there first thing.

The closest place is The Big Mountain trails. This is a bit more challenging trail system with lots of elevation changes. Close by also is the trails at Whitefish Golf course which has more beginner friendly trails. Check out glaciernordicclub.org for more info
